Most cases take 6–18 months, depending on how much movement is needed and how consistently aligners are worn.
Yes, for the best results you should wear your aligners 20–22 hours per day, removing them only to eat, drink anything other than water, brush and floss.
You’ll remove aligners for meals and drinks (other than water). This helps prevent staining and keeps them clean.
