Emergencies

Toothache that keeps you awake.

A cracked tooth after a fall. Swelling that appears out of nowhere. Dental problems don’t always arrive with warning, and when they do happen, you need clear guidance, fast appointments and a team who know exactly how to help.

We offer same-day emergency appointments wherever possible, with the priority always being to relieve pain, treat infection and stop problems from becoming more serious. We’ll talk to you calmly, explain what’s happening in plain English, and focus on getting you safe, comfortable and back on track.

If you’re worried something isn’t right, don’t wait. Get in touch, and we’ll advise you on the next best step.

What counts as a dental emergency?

A problem is considered urgent if it involves severe pain, swelling, trauma, infection, or bleeding or anything that makes it difficult to eat, sleep or function normally. Please contact us as soon as possible if you experience:

What you can do while you’re on your way to see us

A few simple actions may help protect the tooth or reduce discomfort:

  • Toothache: Take appropriate pain relief if safe to do so.
  • Swelling: Use a cold compress; do not apply heat.
  • Abscess: Rinse gently with warm salt water; do not attempt to drain it.
  • Knocked-out tooth: Hold it by the crown, rinse gently and place it back in the socket if possible, or keep it in milk.
  • Broken tooth: Keep fragments in milk and avoid chewing on the area.

If you’re unsure, call us, and we’ll advise you.

Testimonials

What our patients say

The whole team are friendly and supportive and really takes care of you. The dental hygienist is super caring and friendly. They put your health above all. My experience has been great every time, whether a quick check with the dentist or a longer appointment with the dental hygienist; I’ve always walked out smiling.

Wolf Hill Academy

Amazing service from Dr Ahmed, Daniah, and the team. I’ve had multiple treatments done by these guys and have been elated by the service and support of the staff each time. Dr Ahmed is extremely thorough with each procedure, and Daniah is super welcoming and great at carrying on conversations!

Aleena Jilani

Lovely family environment. They are always on time, and I never have to wait over 5 minutes before my appointment. My hygienists today were Don and Leanne, and both were very friendly. Made me feel very welcome and did a wonderful job. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Vrinda Makharia

All-round solid experience. I've never really liked the dentist, but this one doesn't stress me out. I had Daniah this time; she stayed calm when there was a bit of a hiccup with a machine, and everything was fine. Good stuff.
